Cancellation Policy
There is s 50% cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointments. Appointments that are a no call no show will be charged 100% of the quoted price of the scheduled appointment. Any cards that are declined will be banned from booking with me indefinitely. There are no refund for any services completed, but there is “fixes” at my own discretion. Any clients more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule with a collected 50% fee for next appointment. Second time there will be a 15% rescheduling fee. Third time you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and also will be asked to reschedule.
